My experience with Roland and his wife JoAnn was wonderful! They took the time to answer all of my questions via email and on the phone. I even asked them to please take a picture of the puppy and place a piece of paper with my name on it next to the puppy so that I could assure I was receiving the same puppy I selected. They took additional pictures for me. They were very accommodating. The puppy even was delivered with all of it shots. The puppy was and is in very good health. The puppy didn't come down with any colds or kennel cough. The puppy's price was also affordable in comparison with going to a puppy shop. The puppy adapted very well. I've only had him a short while and he already is trained to go on a puppy pad, no mess. I absolutely adore my puppy Piper.

The shipping was a unique experience in itself. Very exciting. The puppy flew from Texas to New Jersey. He arrived healthy, clean, and happy. It was such a unique experience waiting for your puppy's plane to land. The second I saw my Piper, I was so excited. He was accurately described in personality. He was just what I was looking for, a combination of a cuddly lap dog and at the same time curious and playful. I recently purchased my puppy and he arrived to me on 2/4/07, so my experience is recent.

The only suggestion I'd make is to be sure that a Maltese is what you are looking for. If you are 100% happy with the breed you will love Roland and JoAnn's pups. Another thought might be to describe the type of personality that you are looking for. They would know the personalities of the pups and be able to give you suggestions of which may be more playful, or cuddly, or outgoing versus shy, etc.

I still keep in touch with JoAnn and Roland. I send them pictures of Piper. I'm so thankful I found them online. If I ever decided to get another puppy in the future, I would definitely contact them again. I would recommend them to my friends and family that are interested in a Maltese.

Dear Roland and Joann,

Bella is great, she is so sweet and beautiful. She is already being spoiled and the kids love her. She slept pretty much through the night and spent most of the day with my husband. She seems to be adapting fairly well given her short time away from you and her family. You have raised a very, very sweet loveable puppy. We all want to thank you, she is helping all of us heal, we appreciate that more than words can say.

Dear JoAnn and Roland,

Thank you soooo much for everything you did for Nicholas and me in our purchase of Max. He is the cutest little puppy I've ever seen! He arrived on time (with two other cabin mates that flew on his flight as well) and was happy, energetic and joyful upon his arrival in Phoenix. He's fallen in love with little Nicholas and the two have shared a nap together already.....it was adorable. I loved how you put his kennel together...he's very comfortable in it and he spent the night in it last night (on my bed with me) and woke up twice for potty breaks. No accidents in his kennel! We love him dearly and he's already gotten quite aquainted with our house, yard, and all of that.....I think he's a happy little guy.

Thanks for everything! I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a puppy! My neighbor may just be contacting you since they are also interested in a Maltese.

Just thought I would give you an update on Marlee. She is doing very well.

We absolutely love her! She has a GREAT personality. We have been working hard on the potty training and have even hired a dog trainer to help with everything. I feel very lucky to have picked such a wonderful dog!! Everywhere I go I get stopped. She is very popular.

Hi there!! Here is a couple photos and a video of Marlee. We get stopped everywhere we go. She is very popular.

The dog training is going very well. We built a doggie door. It goes into the garage via a ramp into an area of sod. She is going on her own and we reward her.

I just love her to pieces!!! She has brought a lot of joy to our lives. I will keep in touch. Even our dog trainer said she was a very well bred dog.
